These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and JOS55 (hereinafter referred to as "JOS55", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://jos55.lat (the "Platform").

To register and maintain an active account on JOS55, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their membership:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. JOS55 operates as a 21+ platform in line with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the JOS55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
4. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of JOS55 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. JOS55 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary self-exclusion agreement with JOS55 or any other gambling platform that legally extends to JOS55.

To register an account on JOS55, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory process that JOS55 may require at any point during a User's account lifecycle, including upon first withdrawal request, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or when JOS55 has reasonable grounds to verify identity for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian NRIC, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account statement showing account holder name);
• Any additional documentation as reasonably requested by JOS55 compliance staff.

JOS55 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of a formal request may be suspended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your JOS55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. JOS55 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password containing a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Do not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Contact JOS55 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

JOS55 shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to the account holder unless JOS55 is promptly notified of a security breach.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access, JOS55 reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account pending investigation. During such investigations, pending withdrawals may be placed on hold.

JOS55 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and all participating Malaysian banks)
• Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB)
• 7-Eleven Cliqq cash payment
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), Litecoin (LTC)

JOS55 does not apply deposit fees; however, certain payment providers may impose network or processing fees at their end. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All funds deposited on JOS55 must originate from payment accounts lawfully owned and operated by the registered account holder. Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a User are not permitted. JOS55 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if third-party funding is detected.

Withdrawal requests are processed by JOS55 subject to the following conditions being met:

1. KYC Completion: A User's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawal requests will trigger a KYC review where not previously completed.
2. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
3. Same-Method Withdrawal Policy: JOS55 may require withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operational and compliance requirements.
4. Wagering Completion: Any active Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered or forfeited before withdrawal of Real Money Balance is processed in certain circumstances.
5. Account in Good Standing: The account must not be under investigation, suspended, or subject to any ongoing compliance review.

JOS55 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within approximately 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfer within approximately 15–60 minutes. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees — peak periods or compliance reviews may extend processing times.

JOS55 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the User at prevailing rates.

JOS55 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirement: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the total amount a User must wager before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and rollover multipliers are stated on each individual promotion page.
2. Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or hand is subject to the maximum bet cap stated in the relevant promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
3. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%. Live casino games may carry varying contribution rates as stated per promotion.
4. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Bonus Balance and any associated wagering requirements that have not been completed within the expiry window will be forfeited without compensation.
5. One Bonus Per Household / IP: JOS55 bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address, and registered account. Systematic abuse of promotions — including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to minimise risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
6. Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. The applicable cap is stated on the relevant promotion page.
7. Right to Withdraw or Amend Promotions: JOS55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by a User in good standing.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities conducted on the JOS55 Platform:

• All bets and wagers placed on JOS55 are final once confirmed. JOS55 will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of verifiable technical error attributable to the Platform.
• JOS55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that is subsequently discovered to have been subject to manipulation, corruption, or any breach of sporting integrity.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, game, and product type. These are displayed within the relevant betting or gaming interface.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or server error during an active game round, JOS55 will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on available game logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet amount may be refunded to the User's Real Money Balance.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the respective game provider. JOS55 acts as the platform operator and is not directly responsible for game provider rules or studio decisions.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Mix parlay bets — popular among Malaysian football bettors tracking EPL and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures — are calculated according to the combined multiplied odds of all selected legs. Voiding of any leg in a mix parlay is handled per the applicable sportsbook rules displayed in the betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JOS55 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account (whether under the same or different personal details);
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets for financial gain;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your JOS55 account;
• Money laundering, or using the Platform as a conduit for the transfer of unlawful funds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JOS55 staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform;
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling activity.

JOS55 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspected financial crime or underage gambling to appropriate enforcement bodies where legally required or permitted.

All content on the JOS55 Platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, user interface designs, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of JOS55 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering methods on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of JOS55 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JOS55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Damages arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or network outages beyond JOS55's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

JOS55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit JOS55's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

JOS55 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended to provide recreational entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income, a means to resolve financial difficulties, or a compulsive activity.

JOS55 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that can be set or reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds that trigger an automatic restriction on further play once reached within the specified period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting JOS55 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. JOS55 operates the Platform in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to its licensed jurisdiction of operation.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the User agrees to first attempt resolution through JOS55's customer support team. JOS55 will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under the governing regulatory framework. Users retain all rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
